The SolarWinds hack demonstrated that after an incident, internal communications will be studied in depth to find anything incriminating. Joking remarks will be magnified. Even outside a cybersecurity incident, anything you write can and will be used against you. This session will use the SolarWinds case and others to define best practices in internal communications.
