Living Off the Plant (LOTP) uses native OT functionality to conduct stealthy, unpatchable attacks without exploits. This session will explore the LOTP attack surface, real capabilities, and a new technique for PLC-to-PLC lateral movement. It will show how adversaries abuse native features to maximize stealth, precision, and impact, while fundamentally challenging current approaches to OT security.
